The Planking Exercise

The plank exercise is a great way to build endurance in both abdominal and back muscles as stabilizers.

To do this exercise you don't need any kind of equipment. All you have to do is get down on the floor and balance on your forearmes and toes. Simply hold yourself in a straight line forming a human plank.




The plank is one of those exercises that anyone can do, even though you may not be able to do it for very long at first.
